Ce n&rsquo;est pas obligatoire, simplement c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion pour toi de mettre noir sur blanc ta d\u00e9cision, de consolider la volont\u00e9, tout en acceptant de reconnaitre ce qu&rsquo;elle a pu t&rsquo;apporter au cours de ces ann\u00e9es. C&rsquo;est vrai, nous avons pass\u00e9 beaucoup de temps ensemble. J&rsquo;ai voulu croire que tu me faisais du bien. Tu \u00e9tais l\u00e0 pour moi quand j&rsquo;avais besoin de r\u00e9confort, quand je voulais m&rsquo;\u00e9vader ou d\u00e9stresser. Mais maintenant, je r\u00e9alise que notre relation \u00e9tait toxique, bas\u00e9e sur de fausses promesses et des illusions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous avons partag\u00e9 tant de moments, de soir\u00e9es tardives o\u00f9 je me r\u00e9fugiais dans ton nuage de fum\u00e9e, pensant que tu me donnais un r\u00e9pit du stress de la journ\u00e9e. Nous avons pass\u00e9 des heures \u00e0 profiter de la compagnie des autres fumeurs, cr\u00e9ant une camaraderie r\u00e9confortante, mais \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re et fausse. Tu \u00e9tais l\u00e0 lors de ces moments de connexion o\u00f9 je me sentais proche des autres. Mais aussi lors de ces moments tranquilles, o\u00f9 je me retrouvais seul avec toi, \u00e0 contempler les \u00e9toiles, envelopp\u00e9 dans ta fum\u00e9e. Tu me donnais l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre mon alli\u00e9e, ma confidente, m&rsquo;offrant un refuge temporaire au tumulte de la vie quotidienne.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Ciao petite clope &#8230;<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au fil du temps, j&rsquo;ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser les cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9fastes de notre relation. Les moments agr\u00e9ables que nous avons partag\u00e9s \u00e9taient entach\u00e9s par les effets sur ma sant\u00e9 et ma qualit\u00e9 de vie. J&rsquo;ai senti ma respiration devenir plus difficile, ma condition physique se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer. J&rsquo;ai vu les regards pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s de mes proches lorsqu&rsquo;ils voyaient ma d\u00e9pendance grandir. L&rsquo;argent que j&rsquo;ai d\u00e9pens\u00e9 pour ta compagnie aurait pu \u00eatre investi dans des exp\u00e9riences enrichissantes : des voyages, des projets qui m&rsquo;auraient fait grandir et \u00e9voluer. Au lieu de cela, je l&rsquo;ai vu dispara\u00eetre en fum\u00e9e, litt\u00e9ralement.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que je repense \u00e0 ces moments pass\u00e9s ensemble, je me rends compte que le prix \u00e0 payer pour ton amiti\u00e9 \u00e9tait bien trop \u00e9lev\u00e9. J&rsquo;ai sacrifi\u00e9 ma sant\u00e9, ma libert\u00e9 et mon bien-\u00eatre pour une satisfaction \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re. Il est temps pour moi de me lib\u00e9rer de ton emprise, de dire adieu \u00e0 ces instants qui \u00e9taient en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 un leurre.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3>Maintenant, je retourne \u00e0 mes vraies valeurs.<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je choisis de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux moments, des moments de clart\u00e9, de sant\u00e9 et de bonheur authentique. Ce ne sera peut-\u00eatre pas facile, mais je suis pr\u00eat \u00e0 relever le d\u00e9fi. D\u00e9sormais, je refuse d&rsquo;\u00eatre encha\u00een\u00e9 \u00e0 toi, ma ch\u00e8re cigarette. C&rsquo;est d\u00e9cid\u00e9, je veux retrouver ma libert\u00e9 et ma vitalit\u00e9, et je sais que cela commence par te dire au revoir. Je ne te laisserai plus dicter ma vie.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alors, adieu, ma meilleure ennemie. Je choisis la sant\u00e9, la libert\u00e9 et le bonheur.
